Registration policy and participation rules

• Each participant must fill in this registration form (while registering, write your names in full. If you have two first names or surnames, please write both of them, no nickmas or FB names thank you!)
• It is not required to register as a couple, but it is strongly recommended especially for single followers to avoid long waiting lists, with the risk of not being able to participate.
• For those registering as a couple, both participants must fill in the registration form separately and indicate their partner's name where required.

Attention!

• The participation fee is nominative and non-transferable to third parties (unlesse the organization agrees)
• In case of non-participation, the fee paid CAN NOT be refunded or transferred to subsequent editions;
• The fee does not include participants' travel expenses, accommodation or main meals.
